Service Delivery Failure: If the service you purchased was not delivered as per the agreed terms or experienced significant issues (e.g., failure to provide the SMS quota to your dashboard).
Technical Issues: In case the Plus SMS platform was unusable due to internal technical problems, such as prolonged system outages or unfulfilled functionalities, a refund will be processed after a thorough evaluation.
2. Non-refundable Services
Certain services are strictly not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:
Credits Used for SMS Delivery: Once SMS messages are sent or the credits are consumed from your balance, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Active Subscriptions: If a significant portion of the monthly/yearly limit has been used.
Custom Services: Services that are highly personalized, including custom API integrations or dedicated Sender ID registrations, are non-refundable once the process has started.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund from Plus SMS, please follow these steps:

Provide Details: Include your order number, account email, a description of the issue, and any relevant documentation (e.g., screenshots of the error or API logs).
Review Process: Our technical team will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed immediately.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
